Do I have to sign a long-term contract with you to maintain my site?

Absolutely not! We feel that you should have the choice to choose whomever you want to maintain your site. As long as you are happy with our services, we are confident that you will continue to utilize our services.

Do you redesign existing sites?

Yes. We were contracted to redesign the existing site for North 42 Communications. See the before and current—after we gave the site a facelift. This example uses a marketing firm, but applies to any type of business.

Some people I know have ended up working with inscrutable Website designers. How do I know you're credible?

Look at the sites we've created and talk to the people we've worked with. You can contact anyone we've ever worked with (see our portfolio) and ask them what it's like to work with us. Contact us and we'll be more than happy to provide specific individual references for you to speak with. Don't be afraid to ask them tough questions!

Why don't you provide "package deals" like a lot of the other designers I've seen?

The main reason we don't have "package deals" is because the only way you can do them is to crank out cookie-cutter sites. All of our sites are one-of-a-kind and specifically designed to meet your business needs.    go to faq part2
